Inplex Custom Extruders LLC manufactures Nylon tubing, pipe and profiles near Chicago, Illinois. Extruded Nylon has excellent stability at high temperatures, high pressure resistance, good stress crack resistance, low coefficient of friction, good chemical resistance and high abrasion resistance.
Nylon 6 and Nylon 6/6 extrusions are more economical and are considered semi-rigid to rigid. Nylon 12 and Nylon 11 are offered in an array of flexible grades for make-to-order coiled and cut length products. Flexible nylon has good flex crack resistance and impact strength, as well as moisture resistance. It is largely unaffected by fuels, lubricants, and many solvents. It also comes in food grade and near-clear versions.
Inplex makes-to-order Nylon tubing and pipe with dimensions from .050-inch ID to 4.125-inch OD. It can be cut to your specific lengths, coiled or wound on a reel and packaged as required. In-line fabrication is performed to drill, cut, punch, and assemble as needed.
