Inplex Custom Extruders LLC manufactures Kynar PVDF tubing and pipe near Chicago, Illinois. Kynar is an extrudable fluoropolymer and is one of the toughest and cleanest thermoplastics available. It has excellent heat stability, chemical and solvent resistance, mechanical strength, and abrasion resistance.
Kynar® polyvinylidene fluoride homopolymer extrusions are rigid and the copolymer grades are flexible. Inplex made-to-order Kynar PVDF extrusions have a range of dimensions from .050-inch ID to 4.125-inch OD. PVDF tubing can be cut to length, coiled or wound on a reel and packaged as required. In-line fabrication is performed to drill, cut, punch, and assemble as needed.
Kynar PVDF has many properties of Teflon TFE or other fluoropolymers, however it is more economical.
